Exchange

You have 7 calendar days to exchange a faulty item from the date you received it in exchange for another wig or credit. We do not offer refunds.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of this product, we do not offer refunds. You are eligible for an exchange or credit for faulty items.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
