Shipping

Currently we only ship to New Zealand and Australia.

All in-stock items:

Upon receipt of order, you should receive your item within 5-10 working days after your purchase has been dispatched (NZ only). Please allow for an additional 5 working days if you are located in Australia.

Out-of-stock orders:

Please allow an additional 21 working days for item to arrive (NZ & AUS).

Customised orders:

All customised orders will take approximately 6-7 weeks to complete. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

Track & Trace:

All items will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.

Shipping costs for returned items:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
