When you hire from us, you’re not only getting a high quality and easy to wear fashion accessory, you are also expressing your unique style with an on-trend finishing touch! Not to mention, no nerve wrecking visits to a salon, afraid of walking away hating your new hair!

How it works

• Reserve the perfect piece online
• Your rental will be confirmed, and payment details sent to you, including the details of a refundable bond
• Once payment and bond has been received, your wig is couriered to you before your big event (yes you can pay via partpay or afterpay!)
• Return the wig on the last rental day. A pre-paid courier bag will be included so you can return the wig without hassle. (We will track the tracking code. If the item is in transit, it will be considered returned. Any late returns will incur a late fee of $20 per day)
• 5 days late we will assume you have not returned the item, and you will be charged the full retail price and/or your bond will be forfeited

What if it is stolen?

Unfortunately, you will be charged for the full retail price. So keep it close!

It says the max loan duration is 4 days, can I hire it for longer?

Should I wash it when I’m done?

No, just send it back as is. If you wash it, you run the risk of damaging the wig and the style.

What happens if it’s damaged?

Depending on the extent of the damage, you will either lose your bond and/or be charged the full retail price. Please don't sleep in it or use product!
